The tree of life and the 5 elements

I have always been fascinated by the pure beauty of a tree or a forest. Later, the symbolic image of the tree of life, which has existed for thousands of years in all cultures, kept coming up in my life. This led me to look more deeply into the question.

The trees in a forest communicate with each other energetically through the matrix of the quantum field, and also through to the mycelium, or mushroom roots, which send all sorts of information and nutrients between the trees roots. A forest, with its entire ecosystem, is a perfect, harmonious community. And even a tree growing alone will always be in communication with other trees further away. The forest, and all of us, are carried and nourished by the Earth, our Mother, Gaia or Pachamama (as she is called by the indigenous peoples of the Americas).

If we uproot trees from their natural environment, or destroy the ecosystem necessary for their well-being, they will have great difficulty surviving. The same applies to us, figuratively speaking. We can’t live healthily and happily in a hostile place without the necessary resources, such as  healthy nutrition, a welcoming environment with limited electromagnetic pollution, a family and community to share and grow with, and a practice that allows us to fulfill ourselves spiritually or enhance our well-being differently. Like trees, we are in constant exchange with the quantum field and the energy fields of the people and beings around us. And we must never forget that we too are carried and loved unconditionally by Mother Nature, who protects and nourishes us.

To restore balance to your life, my wish is to help you recreate the optimal conditions for your happiness and well-being.

The tree of life is vibrant and full of energy. It exists deep within each of us, and is the vehicle for discovering and nurturing our inner garden, our soul, and creating a haven of inner peace and anchor our roots deeply,to deal gracefully with our sometimes difficult daily lives.

Reconnecting with it and cultivating this inner garden is part of a holistic healing path.

The 5 elements are an integral part of our lives. They are our very essence, and we cannot exist without one of them. They are the basis of nature, which means that a return to nature, working and thinking with nature and not against it, is at the foundation of our lives, if we want to preserve our health and that of our planet for future generations.

How are these elements, earth, water, fire, air and the fifth element, ether, represented in our bodies? (Asian (where ether is replaced by metal) and Ayurvedic traditions still work with these elements, compared to western traditions).

The earth, with its minerals and organic elements, is represented by our physical body, our bones, our muscles, our various organs and their cells.

Water is represented by our blood and our different body fluids. Like the earth (our blue planet), our bodies are essentially made of water.

Fire represents all the chemical reactions that take place in our cells and organs, such as the process of digestion, and the production of energy in our mitochondria.

Air fills our lungs and all our respiratory organs, but is also necessary for the proper functioning of our entire cellular metabolism.

The fifth element necessary for the balance of our health is ether, or the presence of an invisible force that links us to the universe and to spirituality, to the world of our soul. We can also think of it as all the energy that surrounds us and makes up our energy field, which unites us all in our global quantum field.

With this idea in mind, we can easily understand that each of us is a microcosm of all the elements on our planet. And that if we want to achieve a balanced state of health, we need to consider all the elements involved, not just one of the five: one element out of balance can be the invisible beginning of a future state of non well-being.
